Haverhub is a ‘not for profit’ organisation initiated and supported by a team of enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers to encourage regeneration of the local area of Haverfordwest.
The Grade 2 listed Old Post Office on Quay Street in the town center was purchased in 2017 and named Haverhub. With the help of capital grants, donations, and council funding Haverhub has already completed the first stage of refurbishment, with further renovations of the main building to take place from July, for completion in Spring 2021.
This will provide a unique and interesting venue for a variety of uses and entertainment.
Haverhub has already hosted many events and interest in the venue from promoters and local organisations is ongoing.
Haverhub now seeks a Chair, with proven experience of project management/company responsibility to join the organisation at this crucial time, and who will provide ambitious leadership to the Board and organisation.
The position is part-time, initially for a 6-month term, and is unremunerated.
