The HaverHub Depot Party Package offers an affordable, all-in-one solution ideal for birthdays, celebrations, and community events.
Party Hire Price
Our flat-rate fee is £550, which includes:
- Venue hire of the Depot, Bar and Courtyard from 5pm to 12am (including setup and decoration time)
- Use of stage, tables and chairs
- In-house music Technichian – simply send us your Spotify playlist ahead of time. (Note: speakers and connecting devices are managed by our team and not accessible to hirers)
- Fully staffed bar
- Capacity for up to 100 guests, with professional security provided from 8pm onwards
We can accommodate up to 300 guests, with additional charges (see below).
Sound and Lighting
This package does not include audio-visual (AV) equipment or technical support by default.
- Performers and DJs must supply their own sound and lighting equipment
- If required, we can provide our PA system, lights, and a sound technician for an additional fee

Additional Guests and Time
- For events over 100 guests, we will arrange extra security (charged to the hirer)
- Our maximum venue capacity is 300
- Early access (before 5pm): £30 per hour (must be booked 4+ weeks in advance)
- Late finish (after 12am): £30 per hour + £24 per hour per security guard
- The venue must close by 2am, as per our licence
Food and Drink
- No outside alcohol is permitted – all drinks must be purchased from the HaverHub bar
- Catering available from Nessie’s Food and Catering – our fantastic in-house caterers offer a wide range of delicious options.

Important Information
- For 18th to 21st birthday parties, adult guests will receive wristbands. Drink sales may be limited to prevent proxy purchasing
- We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy
- Bank Holiday events may incur additional charges
- A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your date
- The final balance will be invoiced 4 weeks before the event
