1. What is HaverHub?
HaverHub is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company (CIC) based in the renovated Old Post Office on Quay Street, Haverfordwest. We’re a community-led hub offering creative, social and professional spaces for events, arts, wellbeing, business, and learning.
2. What can I do at HaverHub?
Lots! You can:
- Attend live music, open mic nights, workshops, and community events
- Hire rooms for meetings, classes, exhibitions or parties
- Grab a drink or lunch at The Box café
- Explore local art exhibitions
- Volunteer or get involved with the community
- Launch a project, host a class or showcase your business
3. What spaces are available to hire?
We have a range of indoor and outdoor spaces for hire:
- Depot & Courtyard – Perfect for large events, parties and gigs (up to 300 people)
- Community Rooms – Great for workshops, meetings, wellbeing sessions, rehearsals and talks
- Exhibition & Gallery Spaces – Available for solo and group art shows
- Hot Desks & Office Space – Contact us for co-working options

4. What’s The Box at HaverHub?
The Box is our in-house café and event caterer.
- Open Monday to Saturday, 9am–4pm
- Serves fresh, locally sourced food, great coffee and baked goods
- Available for event catering at HaverHub – just ask!

5. Can I attend events at HaverHub?
Absolutely! We host a wide variety of public events including:
- Open Mic Nights
- Live gigs and DJ sets
- Markets and vintage sales
- Wellbeing sessions and yoga
- Art exhibitions and launches

6. Can I exhibit art at HaverHub?
Yes – we’re proud to support local artists and creatives.
- We host regular exhibitions in our gallery and throughout the building
- Artists can apply for solo or group shows

7. Is HaverHub accessible?
Most of our venue is wheelchair accessible and we aim to accommodate all needs.
If you have specific accessibility requirements, just get in touch in advance so we can assist.
8. Do you need volunteers?
Yes please! HaverHub runs with the help of amazing local volunteers.
We welcome help with:
- Events and bar
- Admin and marketing
- Tech and AV
- Gardening and upkeep

9. How do I book a space or event?
Just send us an email at info@haverhub.org.uk with a bit of info about your booking idea and we’ll help guide you through the process.

HaverHub, The Old Post Office, Quay Street, Haverfordwest, SA61 1BG
We’re a short walk from the town centre and the train station.
11. Can I bring my own food or drink to events?
- All alcohol must be purchased from our bar – no outside alcohol allowed
- The Box offers brilliant catering for events
- External caterers may be allowed with prior agreement and a small fee
12. How is HaverHub funded?
We are a social enterprise—income from room hire, events, and café partnerships goes straight back into supporting the community, maintaining the building, and developing creative projects.
