We will be using a combination of breathing exercises, yoga postures (suitable for complete beginners to advanced), relaxation exercises, guided meditations and chanting.
In the first session I will give a detailed explanation about the 7 main chakras, we will explore our bodies internally through a guided meditation, then begin balancing the first (root) chakra.
The second session we will be focusing on the second (sacral) and third (solar plexus) chakras.
The third session we will explore the fourth (heart) and fifth (throat) chakras.
The fourth session we will concentrate on the sixth (third eye) and seventh (crown) chakras, followed by an extended seven chakra balancing meditation to finish the course.
