We’re delighted to welcome Mike from Celtic Wines for a guided wine tasting experience, where you’ll have the chance to sample a carefully selected range of wines while learning more about their flavours, origins and what makes each bottle special.

To perfectly complement the wines, our wonderful café partners at Nessie’s will be serving a selection of handcrafted canapés, freshly prepared to pair beautifully with the tasting.

Prosecco :- Cheese and Truffle Arancini  Ball with Tomato and Pesto

Pinot :- Seared Scallop with Parsnip Purée and Crispy Prosciutto

S/blanc :- Goats Cheese Tartlet, Red Onion Chutney, Rocket and Balsamic

Merlot :- Chicken & Thyme Ravioli with Cheese and Black Pepper Sauce

Malbec :- Steak on a Garlic Crouton, Blue Cheese Crispy Shallots

Dessert wine :- Crème Brûlée in a Mini Lemon Tart Case
