Singing Workshop here at HaverHub, Friday 1st May

The singing body are hosting a series of workshops dedicated to exploring community singing as a tool for embodiment and nature connection 🌿They have been working on this project as part of their offerings as the Hydref Collective.

Pulling from their experience on group work, the Work that Reconnects, Ecotherapy, Holistic Voice Therapy and more, they’ll kick-start the series with 2 sessions dedicated to Singing for Nervous System Regulation, one of which being hosted here at HaverHub.
