Join us for an elegant evening of festive dining and live jazz in the heart of Haverfordwest. With music from the acclaimed Simeon May Duo, a carefully curated seasonal menu, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, this promises to be a memorable celebration to mark the season.

You will be seated with your party, but please note that seating will be arranged around circular tables, so some tables will seat multiple groups. The HaverHub bar will be open all evening, serving a full range of drinks.

Pork belly with spiced apple chutney and crackling (GF), Salt & smoke salmon with beetroot, Crispy camembert, fig jam and pickles (V), Truffle mushroom arancini with spiced maple (V)

Main Course

Succulent Cuckoo Mill turkey, served with roasted Blas y Tir potatoes, honey roasted root vegetables, glazed sprouts, leek & savoy cabbage, braised red cabbage, and a rich red wine jus
or Sweet potato & puy lentil wellington with tomato chutney and butternut squash purée, served with the same seasonal sides (vegan option available)
