Nessie’s Café proudly present their first full-service evening—an expertly curated three-course menu, served in true restaurant style with attentive table service, exceptional food, and of course, a carefully selected drinks list to match.

Following the success of their wine and canapés evening in March, they’ve decided to raise the bar even further and turn their hand to a full-service dining experience.

Appetizers

Seared Scallops with parsnip puree, crispy parma ham, micro herbs and herb oil

Pea and mint risotto, pea shoot and herb oil

Chicken liver parfait, red onion chutney and malba toast

Mains

Pan seared duck breast, fondant potato, sauteed asparagus, carrot puree and blackberry jus

Lemon and herb whole seabass, lemon caper butter sauce, cubed potatoes and samphire

Chicken supreme, mustard mash potato, cream and leek sauce and tenderstem broccoli

Cauliflower steak, cauliflower puree, crispy cauliflower leaves and herb sauce

Desserts

Chocolate tort, honeycomb crumb and Chantilly cream

crème brulee with shortbread biscuit

Salted caramel ice cream cheesecake

cheese board for one or for two with selection of Welsh cheeses, onion chutney, pickled onions and crackers
