Eat Smart Save Better

As a Health Improvement Dietetic team we are planning to deliver a series of free community sessions called “Eat Smart, Save Better” in partnership with the Pembrokeshire Food Partnership
Eat Smart, Save Better is a 1 1/2 hour informal session exploring ways to eat healthily, use store cupboard ingredients, discuss tips for saving money when food shopping and ways to reduce food waste.
Each participant will receive a reusable bag full of ingredients with matching recipes and one lucky winner will be able to take home a Slow Cooker in our free raffle.
Eat Smart, Save Better is open to all members of the community.
Booking is essential to ensure enough food packages are prepared for the session and to establish any dietary requirements
