Clare and Rhys – a husband and wife team with a shared passion for fresh, honest food and the kind of warm welcome that keeps people coming back.

After spending a wonderful 2025 taking their food truck across Pembrokeshire and falling in love with this county’s appetite for great grub, They found their home. Since January 2026, Nessie’s has been nestled inside Haverhub in the heart of Haverfordwest – a place as welcoming as their kitchen always is!

Everything is made with care, and with proper ingredients!

As well as running the wonderful and welcoming café at the heart of HaverHub, Nessie’s also provides delicious catering for many of our in-house and promoter-led events. From beautifully prepared buffets to bespoke catering options, their team helps fuel the wide variety of meetings, activities, and community events that take place across the venue every week.

Planning an upcoming event, meeting, celebration, or gathering? Nessie’s would be delighted to help with catering that’s guaranteed to impress your guests.

Their coffee is incredible too, and with tempting daily and weekly specials always on offer, you’ll never be short of something new and delicious to try!

We may be a little biased, but we truly believe this is one of the best spots for breakfast and lunch in Haverfordwest! A warm and welcoming Pembrokeshire café, it’s the perfect place to catch up with friends, bring the family, and enjoy delicious locally sourced food made with freshness and flavour in mind.

Welcome Clare & Rhys, we’re very happy to have you!
